Please include your résumé and cover letter with your application.Upon acceptance of offer, we will coordinate new hire paperwork and pre-employment substance abuse screening (Drug Free Employer).Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Set up bids in estimating software and maintaining files and folders for document control.Compile bid packages, including forms, certifications, and required attachments; verify accuracy and completeness.Prepare insurance reviews and bid bond requests.Organize and distribute correspondence, addendums, and quotes.Support estimators with document formatting, proposal assembly, proofreading, and printing.Maintain bid calendars including deadlines, meetings, and deliverables.Perform good faith effort solicitations and prepare and submit required compliance documentation.Complete company and bid specific pre-qualification questionnaires.Provide general administrative support and other duty requests as assigned.Required Qualifications:High School diploma or GED.3+ years of administrative experience; experience in estimating and/or the construction industry preferred.Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to perform multiple tasks and within stated deadlines.Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team.Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.Exhibit profound attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience with office software, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat. Ability to learn company specific software programs.Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to report to work on time.Compensation:Competitive wage commensurate with experience.
