Job Description:Help design and build Argano's ArganAI offerings and client solutionsPartner across consulting, product, and engineering teams to create agentic enterprise use casesEvaluate and prototype emerging AI technologies and enterprise applicationsContribute to thought leadership around the future of AI-enabled consultingWork in a fast-moving, less hierarchical, highly collaborative environmentRequirements:At least 2 years of experience in a blend of product management, business analysis, AI/ML engineering, solution consulting, or digital transformationStrong understanding of emerging AI technologies, LLM ecosystems, agents, and enterprise automationComfortable moving between strategy, experimentation, prototyping, and executionEntrepreneurial mindset with a bias for innovation and building from zero to oneAbility to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions
