Bayan Ko is the flagship, Michelin recommended restaurant created by husband & wife team Chef Lawrence Letrero, and Raquel Quadreny. Featuring a Filipino & Cuban tasting menu, located in the heart of Ravenswood, Chicago. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in leading a hands on, small kitchen.
