Opportunity to work with all categories & genders and one of the fastest growing markets, Outlet & Off-Price sector.Must be able to be on-site in NYC headquarters located in Meatpacking.Job Summary: This role is a great opportunity to learn how a fashion collection moves from development through market and beyond. You will support the team in managing samples day to day, helping keep everything organized, accurate, and running smoothly across departments. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.ResponsibilitiesMARKET SUPPORTHelp prepare samples for market by tagging styles and organizing SKUsUpload and maintain product information in LaunchmetricsAssist with printing and updating tags as details changeSupport packing for market, including creating packing lists and organizing shipmentsWork with different teams to help ensure a smooth market weekINVENTORY MANAGEMENTKeep the sample closet organized by season and categoryTrack samples as they come in and out of the officeHelp reorganize sample sets after marketAssist with archiving older samplesSupport sample sales and in office giveawaysSHIPPING AND RECEIVINGHelp receive and check in returned samplesAssist with packing and shipping outgoing samplesPull samples for meetings, shoots, and team requestsSupport tracking and updating inventory to reflect availabilityHelp coordinate sample handoffs between teamsRequirements: (skills, qualifications, education, etc)Highly detail oriented and organizedComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and shifting prioritiesWilling to be hands-on and help with both desk work and physical tasksStrong communication skills and a team first mindsetBasic Excel skills are a plusInterest in fashion, merchandising, or operationsRules we live by | Rules you live byBe a Good Human - Be original, be authentic.
