Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer & Operations Coordinator located in Lake Forest, CA. The role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining efficient workflows, supporting administrative functions, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations that meet customer needs and align with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively handle inquiries and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholdersProficiency in Operations Management and Analytical Skills for optimizing processes and overseeing daily operationsExperience as an Administrative Assistant with excellent organizational and time management abilitiesDetail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challengesProficiency in relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or operational management systemsExperience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
