Job Description POSITION SUMMARY:Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Exceptional member/patron service is always the primary focus.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are availableStocks additional supplies as necessaryFollows setup procedurePrepares garnishes, mixes and pre mixed drinksReceives cash bank at beginning of shift and verifies its accuracyGreets members and guestsEnsures all guests ordering alcoholic beverages are 21 by asking for and viewing proper identificationMix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipesRings all transactions into the point-of-sale system in a timely and accurate mannerCollects checks/payments for drinks served and verifies correct prices are chargedReports complaints to manager as soon as they occurComplies with all ABC regulationsMaintains and cleans bar area and equipmentCleans and locks up according to prescribed proceduresAttends staff meeting and training sessions as requiredPerforms any other duties as assignedPrior bartending experience is requiredWho we are:Located in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains, two hours west of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., Bryce is a member-owned, four season sports and recreation resort dedicated to serving its members, guests, and visitors.Our workforce team is dedicated to providing excellent facilities, good service, and relaxing enjoyment for our members and guests.
