With offices in Oxford and New York, we publish globally.This role sits at the intersection of metadata, systems, and platforms, working across our publishing workflows to support the accurate representation and performance of our books across channels. Working with colleagues across editorial, production, marketing, and external partners, you will take ownership of metadata quality and platform performance for our books, while acting as a key point of expertise for systems and data across the business.This is a hands-on role with clear ownership, and the opportunity to improve how we use metadata and platforms over time. It is suited to someone with prior experience in metadata, systems, or publishing operations who is ready to take ownership of their area.We’re looking for highly organised, detail-focused individual who is comfortable working with systems and data, curious by design and able to balance precision with a broader view of how metadata supports the business.
