One cold call, one handshake, and one signed agreement at a time.This is a true outside sales role for someone who thrives on activity, competition, and ownership. You’ll spend your days in the field, face-to-face with decision-makers, building a territory that reflects your effort and discipline. If you like momentum, autonomy, and earning what you’re worth, this role delivers.Many of our top performers came from kitchens, bars, hotels, catering, or restaurant management. If you understand hospitality operations and how busy operators think, you already have a strong advantage. We will teach you the rest.What You'll Do: This is a high-activity, field-based sales position covering a large, diverse territory across East County/Mission Valley. You’ll be in the market Monday–Friday, walking into restaurants, shaking hands, introducing Auto-Chlor, and showing prospects how we can solve problems they deal with every single day.You WillMake 20–30 in-person cold calls per dayProspect, qualify, and close new business in an open territoryLease our dish washing machines, our cleaning systems, and service programs.Manage the entire sales cycle, from first conversation to signed agreementBuild a strong prospect pipelinePartner with service and installation teams to ensure new accounts launch successfullyTake full ownership of your territory, activity levels, and resultsRepresent a family-owned business known for quality service, and long-term customer relationshipsThis is not desk sales.
