Location: Hanover, MA 02339Schedule: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day RemoteSalary: Up to $150,000CFS is partnering with a growing construction-focused organization seeking an experienced Project Controller to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong project accounting, job costing, and construction industry experience.ResponsibilitiesOversee the financial management of multiple construction projectsMaintain and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and cost reportsPrepare and review Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedulesMonitor job costing and track project profitabilityPartner with project managers to evaluate project performance and financial resultsAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingReview contract billing, change orders, and revenue recognitionSupport month-end close activities, reconciliations, and project accrualsIdentify financial risks and provide recommendations to improve project outcomesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of accounting or finance experience within the construction industryStrong experience with WIP reporting, job costing, and project accountingUnderstanding of percentage-of-completion accounting and construction financial reportingAdvanced Excel skillsExperience working closely with project managers and operations teamsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsCompensation & BenefitsSalary up to $150,000Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsiteComprehensive benefits packageStable, growing organization with strong leadershipOpportunity for long-term career growthIf you have a background in construction accounting and expertise in WIP schedules, job costing, and project financial management, apply through CFS for confidential consideration for this Project Controller opportunity.#INSEP2026
