Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Marion, IL. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, including managing phone communications, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and performing clerical tasks. The role requires close collaboration with executive staff and other departments to ensure seamless administrative support and efficient workflow. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and office management tasks.Strong Phone Etiquette and advanced Communication skills for handling internal and external inquiries effectively and professionally.Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and supporting leadership team members.Proficiency in common office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.Previous experience in administrative support roles is preferred.
