This role requires a seasoned professional who can independently manage projects end‑to‑end and has a strong command of the decision gate process —from initial scoping and budgeting through execution, closeout, and handover, within an integrated team.The ideal candidate is a self‑directed leader with strong financial acumen, deep experience in regulated industries, and the ability to communicate fluently with other project management professionals using standard PM methodologies and terminology.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver complex projects from initiation to delivery from project definition through completionDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plansEnsure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements applicable to nuclear and highly regulated industrial environmentsServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate effectively with engineering, operations, finance, and regulatory teams using recognized project management frameworks and languageIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risksTrack financial performance and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycleProvide clear, concise project reporting to leadershipQualificationsRequired QualificationsMinimum 15 years of project management experience, preferably in nuclear, energy, chemical, or other highly regulated industrial facilitiesPMP certification requiredDemonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversightProven experience managing full project lifecycle ownership with assigned budgetsStrong financial and commercial acumen, including budget development and cost controlDirect experience working in highly regulated environmentsSuperior communication skills, with the ability to converse confidently and professionally with senior project management peers and technical stakeholdersAdditional RequirementsMust be willing and able to work on‑site in Amarillo, TXAbility to pass a comprehensive background checkWillingness to travel or relocate as requiredPreferred ExperienceExperience managing large‑scale or high‑risk projectAdditional Information *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
