Data Analytics Engineer

We are actively seeking an experienced Data Analytics Engineer to join a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who combines strong data engineering capabilities with business analytics expertise to deliver scalable data solutions and actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:✔ Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data requirements✔ Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes and data pipelines✔ Transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights and recommendations✔ Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations✔ Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms✔ Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities✔ Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business teams on strategic initiativesRequired Qualifications:✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field✔ 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics✔ Strong expertise in SQL and analytics tools✔ Hands-on experience with Snowflake and data warehousing solutions✔ Proven experience in Financial Services and Wealth Management domains✔ Strong understanding of stock plans, financial data, cryptocurrency, and related business processes✔ Solid knowledge of data modeling, architecture, and governance principles✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills:✔ Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP✔ Familiarity with Dataiku or similar analytics platforms✔ Prior experience supporting Wealth Management teamsIf you are interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please share your resume or connect with me directly.
