Functional Area Supervisor (Fas)/Records SupervisorThe Functional Area Supervisor (FAS)/Records Supervisor is a permanent, full-time position supporting the overall mission of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by facilitating operations at a local USCIS Field Office. As an FAS, your responsibilities would include:Assigning, monitoring, and reviewing work of department staffReporting daily production statistics to Site ManagerPrioritizing workloads and ensuring work is completed in a timely manner, reallocating resources as needed to meet goals established by USCISEnsuring team completes all work assignments accurately, including daily time sheetsMonitoring attendance and absencesFacilitating the processing of priority assignments from USCISIdentifying and addressing issues in work performanceScheduling contractor staff, approving time off, initiating and implementing disciplinary actions, mentoring staffCollaborating with Site Manager to ensure best practices are in place and updating them as neededTraining new employees, creating training plansCreating/updating written standard operating proceduresParticipating in meetings with government personnelServing as Point of Contact for site operations in Site Manager's absenceOther duties as assigned.Pay Rate: $23Qualifications & Physical Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent3 years of related experienceMust be able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance under the Department of Homeland Security from the United States Citizenship and Immigration ServicesAbility to read and understand proficiently in EnglishAbility to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environmentAbility to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reachingAt Sciolex Corporation, our top priorities and most valuable resources are our employees, which is why we offer a competitive total compensation package.
