Job Overview Boost Mobile is seeking an experienced, motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join the retail team. This is a commission-based sales role ideal for individuals with wireless or retail sales experience who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting daily and monthly sales targets. Mobile Sales Representative to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in wireless/mobile sales, strong customer service skills, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties Assess customer wireless needs and recommend appropriate Boost Mobile products and services. Sell Boost Mobile devices, service plans, accessories, and add-on features. Process activations, upgrades, device exchanges, and account modifications accurately. Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales performance goals. Deliver high-quality customer support and resolve basic service-related issues. Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and transaction details. Ensure the sales floor and inventory areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Identify and execute upselling opportunities to maximize revenue and commission earnings. Qualifications Prior sales experience required (retail or wireless preferred). Experience in mobile/wireless sales required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work on commission. Basic computer skills and ability to use POS systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Boost Mobile, Metro, Cricket, or other prepaid wireless carriers Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience handling activations, upgrades, and accessories sales Compensation Type Commission-based pay structure.
