They are in search of a technical accounting expert who thrives on solving complex challenges. This is a highly visible role partnering across the business to shape accounting outcomes and influence key decisions.What You’ll DoLead accounting analysis for complex, non-routine transactions and determine appropriate U.S. GAAP treatmentResearch and apply guidance (incl. revenue recognition & leases) to support critical business initiativesDraft technical accounting memos and maintain clear, defensible documentationPartner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Tax) to evaluate new deals and strategic initiativesSupport external audits, financial reporting, and policy development, while strengthening internal controlsWhat You BringCPA and Bachelors degree in Accounting5–7 years’ experience, including technical accounting, policy, or financial reportingDeep knowledge of U.S. GAAP (ASC 606 & 842 preferred)Proven ability to interpret and apply guidance to complex, judgment-based scenariosStrong communicator who translates technical concepts into clear business insightsSelf-starter comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExperience in non-profit space, huge plus!Why This Role Stands OutWork on high-visibility, strategic accounting decisionsPartner directly with senior stakeholders across the businessMove beyond audit/close work into true advisory and influenceCompetitive compensation + bonus + strong benefits package
