Property Maintenance Contractor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure our properties are well- maintained and meet safety standards. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on residential properties. Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and general maintenance tasks Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Experience Proven experience as a property maintenance contractor or similar role. Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effeciently. Excellent communication and time management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Relevant certifications or licenses (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
