Bartender

Overview: PARLOUR invites you to join our team as a Bartender, where your passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere and serving great drinks is key. Responsibilities: Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft beers, craft cocktails, and wine. Efficiently prepare drinks to our standard recipes, including house-made syrups, ensuring both speed and quality. Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and attentive customer service. Offer recommendations and assist guests in making selections from our diverse beverage menu. Order Processing: Process drink orders accurately, both from patrons at the bar and servers on the floor. Handle cash transactions and process payments with precision. Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Monitor and replenish bar supplies as needed. Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to alcohol service regulations and company policies. Verify the age of patrons to ensure legal drinking age compliance. Collaboration with Staff: Work collaboratively with serving staff and kitchen personnel. Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth overall dining experience. Qualifications: Previous bartending experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Knowledge of beverages, including craft beers and basic cocktails. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Possess alcohol server certification and, if applicable, a liquor license in accordance with state requirements. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods.
