Account Executive

Excellent opportunity for a driven, highly motivated account executive with experience in selling SaaS solutions to the healthcare industry. You are comfortable asking questions that help buyers understand the full value you create and how they get a strong return on investment. To be successful, you must be a self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable, rejection proof, and work well independently. You must have experience identifying and engaging key stakeholders, converting them into decision-makers, and successfully implementing sales strategies for new software products.Additionally, you should have previously earned $130,000 or more in a variable compensation plan and possess a strong drive to significantly exceed this income.You are a strong sales professional and can easily explain the activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach your goals. To be successful you understand it is up to you and nobody else. As part of the company’s team, you need to be a strategic thinker with superb written and oral communications skills and work well with the entire team. The position will have prospecting support from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the marketing team to generate qualified leads.That said, you also must be willing to roll up your sleeves and grind to make sales happen. This position is not for everyone – if you are uncomfortable working in a complex sales situation or if you cannot imagine living every day in the HIPAA compliance world, this probably is not the job for you.Our client is a Minnesota-based business founded in 2014.
