We are a busy firm seeking self-motivated, forward-thinking attorneys who can manage a full caseload and work independently.ResponsibilitiesManage a full case load independently from start to finish.Write and argue motions, including summary judgment motions.Take and defend depositions; federal court experience is preferred but not required.Conduct litigation across practice areas including civil rights, employment, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, development and construction, inverse condemnation, and writs and appeals when applicable.Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsCivil litigation experience (1 year required).CA State Bar License (Required).Experience in related practice areas is desired, but we will train the right candidate.Benefits401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceAdditional InformationJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
