Our programs cover a broad scope of areas - we can adapt existing programs, we can custom-tailor programs, and we can develop new programs to specifically meet identified needs.Job DescriptionThe Center for Workforce Solutions is in search of Corporate Solutions - Professional Development Training Instructors to add to our roster of faculty/contract adjuncts for assignments in training and professional development programs on an as-needed basis for the following programs:Project Management Certification (PMP)Six Sigma (all levels)Lean ManufacturingDiversity, Equity, and InclusionHuman Resource ManagementLeadershipCustomer ServiceHospitality (Hotel, Restaurant, Gaming, Yacht and Country Clubs)Management and SupervisoryPersonality Assessments (i.e., Strengthsfinder, MBTI, DISC)Computer IT and TechnologySummer CampsFunctional ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and implement innovative cutting-edge, customized corporate and professional training programs for our diverse clients.Responsible for instruction and assessment activities in area of expertise in a customized format to meet the unique training needs of our corporate clientsDevelop course material and activitiesProvide assistance in activities directly related to scheduled instructionWork location may vary (Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach).Special AssignmentsMay be required to perform other duties as assigned.
