You will lead cross-functional improvements that simplify commercial processes, strengthen partner workflows, expand self-service, and accelerate adoption of better ways of working.By combining lean practices, data, AI, automation, and practical technology solutions, you will turn complex challenges into scalable improvements that drive commercial performance. As our Commercial Effectiveness & Process Optimization Program Manager, you will: Define and improve commercial processes - Clarify ownership, decision rights, handoffs, workflows, tools, training, and standard work across priority sales motionsReduce friction and complexity - Apply lean and continuous improvement methods to eliminate duplicate work, manual effort, recurring escalations, and unclear processesBuild scalable self-service solutions - Create practical documentation, FAQs, job aids, decision trees, knowledge resources, and AI-supported guidance for commercial teams and partnersStrengthen the partner experience - Gather feedback, prioritize pain points, and coordinate improvements to partner programs, portals, workflows, and digital experiencesPilot and scale technology-enabled improvements - Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities and partner with governance, Information Systems, and business teams to move pilots through implementationLead adoption and transformation - Build alignment, communicate the value of change, support training, remove barriers, and establish measures that sustain results across regions and functionsWho you are and the experience you bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 10+ years in commercial or sales operations, revenue operations, partner programs, enablement, process improvement, or a related fieldExperience supporting channel, distribution, or indirect sales models and a strong understanding of commercial processes, partner workflows, and value-selling approachesProven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurementExperience applying lean or structured improvement methods to simplify work, improve consistency, and enhance partner experienceAbility to identify and implement practical AI, automation, and technology solutions; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Copilot, Dynamics 365, or similar platformsStrong communication, analytical, prioritization, and influencing skills, with the ability to work independently across functions, regions, cultures, and levelsPreferred experience that differentiates you: Knowledge of Hypertherm's products or industrial cutting marketsExperience with Power BI, advanced Excel, partner portals, knowledge bases, or scalable enablement toolsExperience supporting AI or automation pilots in commercial operations, partner programs, or revenue operationsLocation: Continental United States (remote)Travel: up to 10%Additional benefits in joining Hypertherm Associates: Collaborative, 100% employee-owned culture Profit-Sharing and Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP) Five days/year paid Community Service TimeStrong commitment to Environmental StewardshipStable, growing organization with a no-layoff philosophySponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.#LI-MJ1Hypertherm Associates is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we welcome all applications.We recruit, employ, train, compensate, and promote without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.At Hypertherm Associates, we are committed to building an inclusive diverse, flexible, and collaborative environment.
