Kitchen Supervisor
The Kitchen Shift Leader is responsible for running the restaurant, treating it like it is his/her own, with a focus on stewardship and daily improvement for himself/herself as well as the team. The Shift Supervisor may be responsible for opening, closing, or working any shifts between but is ultimately the driver of the shift to ensure the best possible guest experience. A Shift Supervisor coaches, encourages, holds others accountable, communicates goals and performance standards, and helps breed a culture of positivity and high-performance.

Specific Duties:
Be a lead executer of Speed of Service.
Ensure the team is consistently following LEAN procedures to ensure the fastest yet freshest product for the guest.
Complete daily Jolt checklist walkthroughs, RQAs, opening/closing checklists, and ensure completion of cleaning checklists etc.
Ensure Layouts are done prior to the beginning of shifts, also ensuring aces are in places and all needed coverage is present
Ensure best-in-the-industry safety and security standards
Job Requirements:
High school diploma
Availability to close the restaurant
2 years of experience in a supervisor role
Saturday availability (typical schedule includes 2-3 Saturdays/month depending on availability and needs of the business)
