Java Solution Architect

Role Summary We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer to act as the technical backbone of the team. This role requires a strong hands-on coder who also mentors engineers and contributes to architecture. You will: Write and review production-level code on a daily basis Mentor engineers and raise the overall technical level of the team Partner with architects and contribute to architecture decisions Help define architecture when needed, not limited to execution Own complex technical problems across cloud, data, and integration systems This role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, real-time data streaming, and enterprise integration. You will lead Azure-based data solutions and high-scale Java microservices.
