SR Concrete Estimator

Job DescriptionJoin us in beautiful Southest FL! We are in need Senior Concrete Estimator, where you'll play a pivotal role in our projects' success. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and ensuring the seamless execution of our concrete projects. With your expertise, you'll contribute to our team's efficiency and excellence.Pay- 80K-110k DOE + Bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package!Responsibilities:Conduct thorough estimates for concrete projects, considering all relevant factors.Collaborate closely with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate project planning.Review project documents and specifications to understand project requirements.Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to develop competitive and accurate bids.Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the estimating process.Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and material availability to inform the estimating process.Provide guidance and support to junior estimators as needed.Continuously evaluate and improve estimating processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in concrete estimating, with a focus on commercial projects.Proficiency in estimating software and tools, such as Bluebeam, Planswift, or similar.Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.ACI certification (preferred).All applicants will remain confidential.
