The VP of Operations will also be tasked with motivating, coaching, and developing the Operations Directors, as well as ensuring compliance with company and brand standards.Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in restaurant operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a franchise environment. A consistent record of meeting operational commitments is essential, and experience in restaurant marketing is a plus. The role requires strong financial acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, be adept at using Microsoft Office, and have expert-level skills with various operational point-of-sale systems.
