Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality program execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram LeadershipOwn controls delivery for engine/platform programsLead Product Development executionDrive coordination across systems, software, calibration, test, and suppliersManage risks, timelines, and milestone readinessArchitecture & RequirementsDefine controls architecture (engine, network, system models)Own SRS, functional controls plan, and feature listDevelop system artifacts (interfaces, DFMEA, analysis)Lead cybersecurity (TARA, mitigation, compliance)Software & CalibrationLead development and release across E/D/L/P phasesDefine Soft/Cal plans, schedules, and V&V strategyCoordinate subsystem calibration integrationEnsure tools readiness (Calterm, Insite, Manta, etc.)Validation & TestingOwn DVP&R and validation strategyOversee testing: bench, HIL/SIL, test cell, fieldEnsure diagnostics, fault codes, and release readiness for Alpha/Beta/ProductionIntegration & SuppliersManage supplier interfaces and requirementsEnsure alignment of third-party software/calibration deliverablesSupport integration, validation, and issue resolutionRelease & ComplianceDrive milestone deliverablesOwn software/calibration releases aligned to engine buildsEnsure certification, AECD documentation, and complianceProduction TransitionLead handoff from Product Development to Current Product Support (CPS)Capture lessons learned and ensure FIRG closureSupport post-launch issue resolutionTechnical ScopeEmbedded controls, ECM, sensors/actuators, software & calibration, diagnostics (J1939), cybersecurity, and validation (HIL/SIL/field).QualificationsExperience in automotive/engine controls or embedded systemsStrong background in software, calibration, and system integrationUnderstanding of product lifecycle (Product Development or similar)Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
