Remote Full Stack Web Developer Looking for a highly motivated Microsoft developer with ability to conceptualize and code in all levels of an enterprise web application, focused on financial analysis within the mortgage industry.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with team members to develop software
- Rapidly enhance current application by writing reliable, easily readable code for a scalable product
- Effectively handle multiple and concurrent projects
- Ability to solve problems creatively / effectively and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Be involved in all stages of the development life cycle
- Ensure technical issues are quickly resolved and implement strategies and solutions to help reduce the likelihood of recurrence
- Fulfill technical support requests from both internal personnel and clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices
- Understanding of user experiences and a vision of the end-result, both at the product and task level
- Qualifications and Skills
- Required 5+ years development experience in building and implementing web products
- Solid proficiency inUI: HTML/CSS/JQuery/JavaScriptWeb Services: ASP.NET Web API 2/REST/ODataMiddle-tier: ASP.NET MVC/C#, .net Core 2.1Database: MS SQL Server incl. T-SQL Stored Procedures
- Experience with both MVC and MVVM methodologies
- Experience with Git repositories
- Experience with responsive web design, and cross-browsers compatibility
- Experience working with agile methodologies, such as SCRUM, Kanban, and TDDSolid understanding with project tracking systems, such as Jira or Azure DevOpsDegree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An ability to learn quickly and work remotely
- PreferredExperience with consumer privacy and mortgage industry compliance requirements
- Experience with ASP.NET Membership and Identity
- Experience or knowledge of Telerik's Test Studio
