We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is able to work daytime hours, during the week, as we are not open on the weekends.Job Summary And QualificationsThe Physical Therapist (PT) provides high quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients, in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. The Physical Therapist completes patient assessments, and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans, focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience. The Physical Therapist provides or directs a majority of the patient’s physical therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care.Your role will include:Conduct comprehensive evaluations of strength, range of motion, and functional mobility immediately after surgeryDevelop and implement customized rehabilitation programs based on surgeon protocols and patient goalsEvaluate patient abilities and developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care teamDeliver evidence-based interventions that restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance quality of lifeMonitor progress, refining therapy plans, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation of outcomesEducate patients and families about post-op precautions, movement safety, and home exercise programs to prevent further injury.
