This position requires a highly dependable individual with strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and a professional presence. Officers are expected to maintain a safe and secure environment while representing our organization with professionalism and integrity. ResponsibilitiesMaintain a secure presence at assigned location Deter criminal activity and enforce property policies Conduct routine patrols of premises Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports Coordinate with property management and local authorities when necessary RequirementsCurrent ACT 235 Certification (Pennsylvania Lethal Weapons Training Act)Valid Pennsylvania License to Carry FirearmsPersonal firearmDuty belt and required armed gearReliable transportationPrior armed security experience required Strong communication and report-writing skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stand and/or patrol for extended periods Preferred QualificationsExperience in residential, commercial, or high-end property security Military or law enforcement background (preferred but not required) Education Requirements (All) GED or H.S.
