Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)Location: Framingham, MAPay Rate: $27– $29 per hourEmployment Type: 2-Month Contract (potential to hire)Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (36.25-hour work week)Working Model: Hybrid (1–2 days per month onsite for team alignment)Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to provide diversified support for hourly hiring within our Distribution Center network. In this role, you will act as a critical business partner and liaison between candidates, Recruiters, and HR Business Partners. You must be a resourceful problem-solver capable of managing a high-volume pipeline—averaging 100+ candidates weekly—while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Experience: Deliver an excellent employment brand experience through proactive communication across email, phone, and text channels.Recruitment Logistics: Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews for multiple locations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Offer & Compliance: Draft and send offer letters, initiate pre-hire background checks, and adjudicate former employment or education flags.Data Management: Track applicant flow in real-time, manage transactions within the ATS, and maintain accurate Excel records of candidate pipelines.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Compliance, Payroll, and HR Xpress to ensure accurate new hire records and orientation readiness.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources preferred.Technical Skills: High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) is required.Competencies: Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment while meeting strict deadlines.Location: Must be local to Framingham, MA, for required onsite team days.Flexibility: Ability to support weekends or hours outside of the core 9–5 window during peak business periods.
