Job Snapshot Location:Temecula, CA Job Title:CNC Grinder Pay Rate:$20-$30/HR or DOE Job Summary The parts we are currently running are complex detailed part actuators, pistons and landing gear pistons for aircraft.Duties are to Setup and Operate Okamoto OMG 12-24 NC grinders. Applicants need to have a general knowledge of what grade & type of wheels to use; feeds, speeds, depth of grinding passes for different types of materials/part types and Applicants should know how to perform essential troubleshooting for common problems like chatter, barber polling, and bad surface finish. Team members must be able to follow grind techniques sheets and conventional industry grinding specifications BAC5032 and BPS4628. During the run Team members shall check the parts for correct diameters, linear, radius, concentricity, roundness, straightness and finish callouts etcetera using company calibrated tools. Team members document their activities by completing in-process inspection reports, work order travelers, job cards, and they perform essential maintenance on the machines when necessary.
