Position: Law Clerk, Litigation | (Recent Law School Grads especially welcome to apply)Salary Range: $75,000--$85,000 OverviewElevate is partnering with a law firm client in Century City, CA to identify a talented law clerk to support high‑volume litigation matters. This role is integral to ensuring seamless workflow coordination, proactive deadline management, accurate court filings, and comprehensive case tracking across both state and federal proceedings. ResponsibilitiesManage workflow distribution and delegate tasks to ensure daily productivity targets and operational efficiencyMonitor case intake, assess eligibility for delegation, and track progress across active mattersMaintain and update trackers and Salesforce reports to provide real‑time visibility into case status, deadlines, and fee activityOversee deadlines for hearings, dismissals, and post‑settlement procedures in state and federal courtsReview court orders and newly filed cases to identify unique deadlines or risks and escalate as neededDraft and review legal documents, including stipulations and proposed orders, under attorney supervisionCoordinate with opposing counsel to obtain approvals for joint filings and ensure timely submissionsFile legal documents in compliance with court rules, procedures, and deadlinesPrepare and distribute status reports with case updates, upcoming deadlines, and recommendationsServe as a resource for team members on case status, deadlines, drafting, and filing processesQualifications:Proven ability to handle high‑volume, deadline‑driven litigation workflows with strong organizational skillsWorking knowledge of state and federal court rules, filing procedures, and e‑filing systems (e.g., CM/ECF, PACER)Experience maintaining case trackers, reports, and deadlines using case management systems and spreadsheetsPreferred SkillsProficiency with Salesforce or similar case management and reporting platformsExperience drafting legal documents such as stipulations and proposed ordersAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
