Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) – North CarolinaWe are seeking a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior analysesDevelop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plansSupervise and support behavior technicians implementing treatment programsMonitor client progress and update treatment plans as neededProvide caregiver training and collaborate with families and other professionalsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure services follow ethical and clinical standardsQualificationsActive Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certificationEligible for or willing to obtain Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure in North CarolinaMaster’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related fieldExperience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferredAdditional InformationWe offer reimbursement for North Carolina LBA licensure for clinicians who take cases within the state.
