Customers understand the value quickly, onboarding is straightforward, and deals move fast.We’re building a small, high-caliber, in-person team in NYC and are hiring our first Account Executives to help scale revenue.The RoleAs an Account Executive at Lido, you will own deals end-to-end. You’ll work warm inbound leads and targeted outbound, run first calls, qualify buyers, demo the product, and close.This is not a role where you “just book meetings.” You are responsible for revenue.You’ll work directly with the CEO, CTO, and product team, with real influence over pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.What You’ll DoOwn the full sales cycle from first conversation to closeRun tight, value-driven demos for operations and finance leadersQualify prospects quickly and accuratelyClose deals with clear timelines and next stepsMaintain a clean pipeline and forecastProvide direct feedback to product and leadership based on customer conversationsHelp define early sales processes, messaging, and playbooksWho We’re Looking ForConsultative and empathetic selling style; emotionally intelligent communicator.1–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales; ideally you also have experience in or selling to trucking, logistics, factoring, manufacturing, legal, or healthcare (incl., revenue cycle management)Comfortable running calls without heavy scriptsStrong business judgment and curiosityBias toward action and accountabilityExcited about working in personWhat Makes This Role DifferentShort, clean sales cycles (about 30 days) with high contract valuesBuyers already feel the pain.
