Spring Lake Park SchoolsJOB TITLE: Technology Support Student AidDEPARTMENT: Technology & Information SystemsSUPERVISOR: District Technology CoordinatorSUMMARY: Assist district technology staff in the support of district technology including: Apple and PC computers, laptops, tablets, iPads, printers, presentation devices, classroom technology, staff and student technology, telecommunication, and all related application systems.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Work with district technology staff on technology projects. Replace, update and service iPads and computers. Installing software applications Setup, configuration of iPads Relocation and setup of offices and classrooms Support teachers with classroom technology Support students with technology use Documenting work on work order systems and inventory systems. Work on technology work orders Be a member of the technology team and participate in team meetings as requiredPHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee is regularly required to sit and use hands and hand tools to repair and service electronic equipment in a safe manner. The employee frequently is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
