A Solutions Engineer is required for a Series B AI security startup ($175M raised from Khosla Ventures, Mayfield, and others) to join their fast-scaling GTM team.You'll be the technical authority throughout the sales cycle — running discovery, demos, and Proof of Value engagements with CISOs, security architects, and SOC leaders. Mapped 1:1 with an AE, you'll own the full technical sale.What you need:3+ years as a Solutions or Sales Engineer at a cybersecurity companyBackground spanning both a broad security platform (e.g. CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks) and a specialist security vendor (e.g. Okta, Wiz, Abnormal)Hands-on, real-world experience with EDR, SIEM, and cloud security tools — not just exposureActive, current user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in your daily workflowComfortable presenting technical ROI directly to CISOs and C-level buyersThe role:Remote US with regular customer travelMonthly team meetups at HQ (West Coast)Base $100K–$208K | OTE $125K–$260K | 80/20 splitCompetitive equityUS-based candidates only.
