Locations:San Francisco, Palo Alto, Boston (Hybrid)An elite global AM Law 100 firm is looking for a commercially minded Business Development & Marketing Manager to support its high-growth Life Sciences and Technology practice.This is a standout opportunity to work alongside industry-leading partners advising some of the world’s most exciting biotech, healthcare, venture-backed, and emerging technology companies — from disruptive start-ups through to global market leaders.You’ll play a key role in helping drive client growth, strengthening relationships across the venture capital ecosystem, and positioning the firm at the centre of innovation.What You’ll Be Doing
Partner directly with senior stakeholders and high-profile attorneys to drive strategic client development
Build and strengthen relationships with founders, investors, venture capital funds, and innovative growth companies
Lead impactful business development campaigns, pitches, and client initiatives
Create compelling marketing materials and thought leadership content
Deliver market intelligence and competitive insights to support growth strategies
Coordinate sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and major industry events
Track pipeline activity and business development performance through CRM systems
Collaborate across multiple practice areas on cross-sector opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in business development in a law firm
Strong commercial instincts with excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Strong communication, project management, and research capabilities
Experience supporting senior executives or partners is highly desirable
