We're building a team of reliable pros who keep operations moving, and we recognize the value you bring every shift.When responsibility calls, you're ready to lead.These are the qualifications that matter.High School Diploma or equivalent required.5+ years of HVAC and building maintenance experience in commercial or industrial environments.EPA Universal Refrigeration License required .HVAC technical certification or state license preferred.Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems troubleshooting .Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between sites.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on commercial HVAC systems including package units and split systems.Inspect and repair components such as belts, pulleys, compressors, motors, condensate drain lines, burners, heat exchangers, and safety controls .Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and system failures on HVAC equipment.Safely handle and service refrigerant systems in compliance with EPA regulations .Perform general maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall repair , painting, and carpentry .Troubleshoot airflow and ductwork issues and assist with boiler system repairs .Complete work orders, service reports, and inspections using mobile technology and work order systems .Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service and high client satisfaction .Order materials, document service activity, and provide estimates for additional repairs or projects.Follow OSHA safety standards and participate in ongoing safety training.Why This Job?Our client offers a range of competitive benefits to keep their teams happy, healthy, and invested.
