Our equipment requires high levels of precision, craftsmanship, and collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams.We are currently seeking a Mechanical Assembler II to join our team in Pennsauken, NJ. This role focuses on assembling precision machine components and full systems while ensuring quality, alignment, and performance standards are met.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building complex equipment and solving mechanical challenges.What You'll DoPerform mechanical assembly of machine components and full system buildsRead and interpret mechanical drawings, exploded views, and build documentationInstall components including frames, rails, gearboxes, shafts, motors, bearings, and precision assembliesPerform mechanical alignment, leveling, torque verification, and fitment adjustmentsUse precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, and torque wrenchesTroubleshoot mechanical issues and perform rework when neededSupport system testing with engineering and electrical teamsMaintain organized workspace and follow 5S standardsDocument build progress and report issues affecting schedule or qualitySupport cross-training across assembly areasWhat We're Looking For3+ years of mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing or machine buildingAbility to read mechanical drawings and BOMsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsExperience using precision measurement tools and mechanical assembly equipmentAbility to work independently and collaborate with a teamCandidates from machine building, industrial maintenance, automotive mechanics, or other mechanical trades often transition well into this role.Compensation Range$22.13 – $30.98Physical RequirementsActual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.Lift 30–50 pounds regularlyPerform repetitive assembly work while standingMaintain manual dexterity for precision assembly tasks
