This role offers significant visibility with senior leadership, an entrepreneurial culture, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in enterprise services sales at one of the fastest-growing Digital, Data and AI transformation firms.Role OverviewIncedo is hiring NCA Sales Hunters to drive new logo acquisition across our industry verticals and service lines, including Digital & AI, Operations Transformation, and Cloud.This is a high-impact, hunter role focused on net-new business development. You will partner closely with senior sales leaders to build pipeline, pursue strategic accounts, and close enterprise deals. The role offers end-to-end exposure to the enterprise sales cycle and a strong platform to build a long-term career in services sales.Key Responsibilities•Drive new logo acquisition across target industries and service lines.•Own account research, prospect mapping, and pre-qualification – develop sharp points of view on target accounts, buying centers, and trigger events.•Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through executive outreach, networking, and event-led engagement.•Partner with senior hunters across the full sales cycle – RFP responses, proposal development, pricing, commercial structuring, and deal closure.•Develop client-ready collateral, pitch decks, and value narratives in collaboration with solutioning, domain, and delivery teams.•Track and report pipeline metrics, win/loss insights, and competitive intelligence.•Build and nurture relationships with mid-to-senior client stakeholders and progressively lead independent pursuits.•Represent Incedo at industry events, analyst briefings, and partner forums.•Contribute to GTM playbooks, sales tooling, and best-practice sharing across the sales organization.Qualifications & Experience•MBA from a top-tier institution required.•3+ years of post-MBA experience in sales, business development, consulting, or pre-sales – preferably with exposure to IT services, digital transformation, or AI / data services.•Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive complex, multi-threaded initiatives to closure.•Strong analytical orientation – comfort with account research, market sizing, deal economics, and commercial modelling.•Exposure to one or more of Incedo’s focus industries (BFSI, Wealth Management, Telecom, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences) is a plus.•Prior experience in consulting (Big 4 / Tier-1), services sales, or product / platform sales is preferred.•Excellent written and verbal communication; high comfort building pitch decks and client-ready narratives.Soft Skills & Attributes•Hunter Mindset: Hungry for new logos; resilient through long sales cycles.•Executive Presence: Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and learning rapidly from experienced salespeople of high caliber.•Structured Thinking: Brings consulting-grade rigor to account planning, problem framing, and deal strategy.•Collaboration: Works fluidly across solutioning, delivery, domain, and product teams.•Ownership & Drive: Takes initiative; thrives in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment.•Adaptability: Learns new domains and offerings quickly; flexes across client contexts.•Communication: Articulates complex ideas crisply in writing and in person.Incedo is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive, equitable environment for all employees
