Our team isactively refining agentic workflows, composable AI agents, and generative interfaces to replace staticdashboards with dynamic, conversational intelligence.What You Will DoLead technical decision-making across project and platform deliveryArchitect robust, scalable applications using sound engineering principles, managing thecomplete data lifecycle from acquisition to model inference and postprocessing.Tackle runtime performance and optimize data access patterns for highly responsive applicationsCraft and manage dynamic dashboards using the Virtualitics AI Platform to transform complexdata into intuitive visuals.Collaborate across the delivery team (e.g. Product, Customer Success, DevOps, and QA) to alignengineering deliverables with strategic customer commitments.Drive execution of the product roadmap by removing bottlenecks, mitigating risks, and ensuringon-time delivery of key milestones.Act as the primary technical escalation point to resolve delivery challenges and facilitate rapidtrade-off decisions.Core RequirementsClearance & Location: Must hold at least a U.S. Secret security clearance and be willing toupgrade to a TS/SCI if needed. Must be willing and able to go onsite to the Mark Center up to andincluding 5 days a week.Engineering Fundamentals: A degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years ofsoftware engineering experience. We target candidates with a strong background in softwareengineering and production deployment, rather than strictly research-oriented backgrounds.AI & Systems: A proven track record of deploying software into production environments. Hasshipped production-grade AI / agentic systems.Full Stack & DevSecOps: Understands full stack software development, DevSecOps, and AIsystems holistically. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.Data Ecosystem: Proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of the Python Data Stack(pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, Matplotlib, etc.).
