Please find the Job Position Details; NOTE:- Client is looking for USC & GC only.Position: Business Analyst Location: Jersey City, NJ (3 Days Onsite - Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months (with possible extension)Pay Rate: $45/hr. on W2Job Description:Proficient in knowledge of business applications, data usage and word processing, data management tools and flow-charting toolsAble to understand the logic of code and to construct simple data queriesAppreciation for basic software development principlesRoles and Responsibilities:Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibilityTranslate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalabilityDefine system capabilities (the ‘What’) based on scope and elaboration with Product and Operations PartnersConduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategyContinuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs
