This includes purchasing, inventory, tooling and warehouse management. The Supervisor, Repair Station Materials provides direction and supervision to Union Stock Clerks assuring the highest level of safety, quality, inventory integrity and customer service in accordance with applicable company, local and federal regulations.Tasks And ResponsibilitiesEnsures team safety and compliance with all workplace safety, environmental and other applicable regulations. Provides strong leadership to team members through clear communication, motivation and encouragement. Maintains a positive, high-performance work environment and minimizes employee relations issues in a union work environment.Provides warehouse and inventory management including cycle counting, record keeping, purchasing, maintaining stock levels, shipping and receiving of aircraft parts, tooling and commissary products as required. Assures aircraft parts received have proper documentation. Supports existing relationships with internal/external customers, vendors, suppliers and establishes new relationships accordingly. Experience in aviation maintenance, planning, logistics and/or operations.
