This is an entry-level role designed for someone with a foundation in social media marketing who’s excited to learn, experiment, and grow into a larger content or social media role over time.You’ll work closely with our marketing team to support social media content creation, brainstorm ideas, and assist with a variety of digital marketing initiatives as needed.What You’ll DoAssist in creating and editing content for social media (graphics, short-form video, captions)Capture content at various company eventsHelp brainstorm and develop creative social media ideas and campaignsSupport content planning and scheduling across platformsEdit basic video content for social, marketing, and internal useDesign simple graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or CanvaAssist with other marketing tasks and projects as assigned (campaign support, presentations, internal content, etc.)Stay up to date on social media trends, formats, and best practicesEngage with brands on social mediaWhat We’re Looking For0–2 years of experience (or recent graduate) in marketing, communications, design, or a related fieldBasic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similarBasic video editing skills (short-form content preferred)Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketingCreative mindset with a willingness to learn and take feedbackOrganized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasksStrong communication skills and a collaborative attitude, but also the ability to work aloneAbility to travel occasionallyNice to Have (But Not Required)Experience managing or posting to social media accountsFamiliarity with analytics or social scheduling toolsPhotography or on-camera experienceInterest in aviation, technology, or startupsWhy This RoleThis role is designed to grow.
