ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client that is seeking an Executive Assistant in Saint Louis, MO. Overview: This individual will serve as a key partner to department leadership, manage complex schedules, coordinate events and meetings, oversee communications, and ensure smooth office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple leaders, and managing projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities: Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics Coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Manage and monitor shared departmental communications and requests Coordinate office operations and administrative processes Plan and execute meetings, workshops, and special events Manage vendor communication, invitations, registrations, and event logistics Track invoices and assist with budget-related administrative activities Assist with departmental communications, newsletters, and announcements Maintain departmental resources and online content platforms Support special projects and initiatives as assigned Ensure deadlines are met and projects remain on trackRequirements 3-5+ years of executive support, administrative coordination, or office management experience preferred Experience supporting senior leaders or executive-level stakeholders Experience with SharePoint or similar content management systems preferred Strong organizational and project coordination skills Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Professional, proactive, and customer-service-oriented approach Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
