Audio Visual Specialist

We believe that success starts with a sound team and that an inclusive and diverse workplace moves us all forward.WHAT YOU'LL DOThe Audio Visual Specialist will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.Day-To-Day Responsibilities:Provide start up and dedicated Audio Visual Support for meetings and eventsSetup and breakdown of AV Technology in conference spaces, meeting rooms, training rooms, and labs to meet the customers meeting and event needsProvide White Glove Customer Service to all customers, clients, and guestsPerform preventative maintenance tasks to help maintain customer spaces including but not limited to: ensuring that all technology works as designed and testing/repairing various hardware componentsPerform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner including but not limited to: meeting support, installing non-complex AV components, and video/audio recording support where applicableProvide consultation and guidance to customers regarding the technological needs for their upcoming meetingsResponsible for job site documentation and providing client training on the AV Technology as neededCollaborate with internal/external teams in a professional manner that reflects the values of AVI-SPLUnderstand and adhere to local safety standards for all site dutiesOccasional afterhours overtime and Saturday overtimeTravel to various job sites as required Items to Consider:AVI-SPL reserves the right to alter work hours and work location as necessary.
