Position Title: Project Manager
Wage: $26.50-$28.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday with Commission

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to increase sales opportunities and customer loyalty
Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building efforts
Accurately estimate commercial projects and prepare competitive proposals
Manage projects from initial planning through final completion, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality standards, and timely delivery
Collaborate with the sales team to establish regional sales goals and strategies
Track and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
Create and implement short-term and long-term plans to support regional growth and profitability
Monitor project expenses and ensure costs align with budget expectations
Maintain regular communication with clients, sales representatives, and internal departments
Identify market trends, industry developments, and opportunities to improve sales performance
Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to increase revenue
Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and customer-facing events as needed
Maintain professionalism, strong communication, and a positive representation of the organization
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven internal or external sales experience required
Previous experience managing projects, estimating, or working within a manufacturing or commercial construction environment required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
Demonstrated ability to establish, meet, and exceed sales goals required
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout an office, manufacturing facility, and customer job sites as needed
Ability to travel within the assigned region to meet with customers, sales representatives, and attend industry events
Ability to use a computer and other standard office equipment for extended periods
Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials or equipment up to 25 pounds
Ability to maintain focus and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management, organizational, and time management abilities
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build productive customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve sales goals
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close opportunities
