Mortgage Specialist

Would you like to be a key player in supporting mortgage lending in all of our communities? We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Specialist to join our mortgage operations team. This role involves managing secondary market conventional & government mortgage loan files from application through closing including: generating accurate loan disclosures, processing necessary supporting documents, performing analysis to render underwriting decisions, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of mortgage lending and regulatory guidelines, experience with loan origination systems, and the ability to manage tight timelines in a fast-paced lending environment. Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite are essential. This is a full-time position in Sullivan, MO. Salary is based on experience and has room for growth.
