This role provides hands-on experience in quality engineering, inspection systems, nonconformance management, and process development for high-reliability and healthcare-related products manufactured in controlled environments.The intern will work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to strengthen foundational quality processes and support continuous improvement efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport quality onboarding and training process development, including documentation and standard work improvementsAssist with evaluation and improvement of inspection methods and inspection effectivenessSupport Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including data collection, defect tracking, and corrective follow-upAssist with quality and process development initiatives supporting a healthcare-related product lineParticipate in cross-functional quality improvement activities within the HPVS environmentQualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or a related technical disciplineInterest in quality engineering, manufacturing processes, and regulated or high-purity productsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-based, hands-on manufacturing environmentWorking ConditionsOn-site role within a manufacturing environmentRegular work in controlled production areas, including ISO Class 5 (Class 100) cleanroom environmentsMust comply with all safety, gowning, cleanroom, and quality system requirementsAre you ready to join a different kind of company where our people, our culture, and our commitments are centered around providing trusted solutions that improve lives around the world?Job Family: EngineeringBusiness Unit: Mott
