Some of our offerings include:* Highly competitive total rewards package, including comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits as well as a 401(k) plan that both the employee and employer contribute* Annual incentive bonus plan based on company achievement of goals* Time away from work including paid holidays, paid time off and volunteer time off* Professional development courses, mentorship opportunities, and tuition reimbursement program* Paid parental leave and adoption leave with adoption financial assistance* Employee discount programJob Description Summary:This role will assist the account executives and sales coordinator with basic/administrative support on sales related activities.Job DescriptionWork closely with Account Management team to execute or finish out various administrative tasks requested by brokersAssign broker permissions on EasyApps e-enrollment systemOversee processing of groups in EasyApps portal; troubleshoot issues with NBU/EADistribute and manage lead flow from interactive desktop and marketing activitiesHandle various reporting requests from brokers including BSP utilization, ASO reports, etc.Follow up on missed membership change requestsCommunicate claims questions/issues from brokers/members and provide effective summary to account manager/brokerManage groups being reallocated into new markets due to MLR resultsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or any combination of education and required experience.1 year experience in a sales, marketing, and/or customer service environment.Beginner level knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office.Beginner keyboarding skillsA life and health Insurance sales license is required within 45 days of hire.Preferred QualificationsHealth insurance licenseIntermediate level knowledge and skill with Microsoft OfficeIntermediate level knowledge of FACETS systemBachelor's degree in business or related academic disciplineBlue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City is an equal opportunity employer.
